Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great with easy access to attractions, but the rooms were small, especially on the top floor with steep stairs. Service was friendly, with detailed tips on the area, but some issues were faced alone. The dining was good with a variety of choices, though the Angus beef was just okay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram station and perfect for accessing all sightseeing requirements, either by trams or walking. The rooms are small and noisy but of good size, although they have small windows with no sunlight. The service provided by the friendly staff, especially Mohammed, was exceptional and very helpful.

Staying at this hotel was a cozy and convenient experience. The rooms, despite being in the basement next to the communal toilet, were surprisingly comfy and spotless, with a fantastic shower that had plenty of hot water. Having tea and coffee facilities in the room was just what I needed after a hectic day. The front side location made it easy to move around, even with our luggage.
